Fran is “retired”, but has always had an interest in investments. So in 2006 he became registered as an Investment Advisor Representative for Alton Capital Management. He currently assists with the monitoring of client accounts and investment opportunities. Fran and his wife Mary Ann live in Godfrey, where they enjoy working in their award winning garden.
